Hello! My name is Jill Murphy. This is my second full year at GDK. I started 2 years ago subbing for Miss Kim and last year I joined Miss Lori and Miss Linda to teach in the 3’s class. I am very excited to be teaching with Miss Jeanie this year in the 4’s class. She taught my daughter a few years ago. I love our staff, our preschool and working with children.

I live in Rosemount with my husband Mike and daughters Maddie (6th grade) and Olivia (4th grade)…and our cat Kimchee. We enjoy family time…game nights, movie nights, going on bike rides and playing outside.

I grew up in upstate NY, moved to Apple Valley in high school, attended college in Mankato and moved to Rosemount in 1999 with my husband. I love being involved in my daughters’ school, our church and now preschool! In my free time I enjoy being creative…cooking, repurposing old furniture, making cards and even blogging.

I look forward to this new school year, getting to see my preschool friends from last year and meeting my new ones!
