Hello, my name is Barbara Hester.   I am the assistant teacher for the five year old class.  This is my third year with the 5’s.   I have been an active member in Rosemount United Methodist Church for the last 7 years, including the director of the Sonbeams (the preschool to first grade choir), music lead for Vacation Bible School, and helping with the Cantata. I am also active outside of the church by volunteered with my children’s classes and school library.  I am co-chair of the Rosemount Haunted Trail Committee and a member of the Leprechaun Days Committee.

I have lived in Rosemount for the last 10 years with my family.  I have been married to my wonderful husband Paul for 18 years.  We have two great children, Jocelyn (11) a 6^th grader at Rosemount Middle School and Devon (8) a 3^rd grader at Rosemount Elementary School.  We have an older black and white tuxedo cat.  As a family we enjoy camping, bicycle riding and ice skating in the winter.  In my “spare” time I enjoy baking, reading and crafts.
